Cleaning Technician
Responsible for detailed cleaning of post construction projects and vacation rental properties, including dust removal, surface cleaning, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and final detailing to prepare spaces for turnover, occupancy, or guest arrival.
Crew Lead / Supervisor
Oversees job sites and property turnovers, manages team members, ensures quality standards are met, and coordinates with contractors, property managers, and hosts to keep cleaning schedules on track.
